Laura was the best friend you could have ever have. She loved to have fun and cherished her family. She will be dearly missed by everyone who was privileged enough to have known her.
Laura was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Barbara Noegel.
She is survived by many loving family and friends that include; two sons; Travis Felts and wife Melynda of Mesquite, Michael Felts of Bastrop, two grandchildren; Jasmine and Ashley, her sister Penny Burch of Payne Springs, three brothers; Mark Burch of New Mexico, Michael Burch and wife Allison of Texas City, David Burch of Texas City, friend Jim Cranshaw, as well as many nieces, nephews, other loving family members and many friends.
