He passed away Monday evening, November 19, 2012 in Canton.
Harold was born May 21, 1933, in Valley Forge, Tennessee, the son of James Deloach and Floy Britt Deloach. He was raised in Valley Forge where he attended public school. On August 13, 1971, he married Bobbie Lynette Sims in Stillwell, Oklahoma. Harold was Vice President of Diamond Utilities Construction Company in Dallas, retiring in 1995. He lived in Houston prior to moving to Edgewood thirty-eight years ago. Harold enjoyed working on the farm and raising race horses.
Preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Carl Deloach and Johnny Deloach; sister, Ruby Deloach and two granddaughters, Nicole King and Natosha King.
Harold is survived by his wife, Bobbie Deloach, of Edgewood; son, Lance King & wife, Pam, of Kaufman; three daughters, Penny Saunders & husband, Lester, of Rogers, Arkansas, Tonia Cotroneo, of Dallas and Mylena Deloach, of Edgewood; two sisters, Juanita Hathaway, of Elizabethton, Tennessee and Marie Johnson, of Hampton, Tennessee; six grandchildren, Kaven Deloach, Shawn King, Lynette Curry, Kenneth Curry, Tiffany McKnight and Shane McKnight; two great-grandchildren, Lillian Curry and Landon Curry and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers: Montie Sims, Tommy Foster, Lester Saunders, Lance King, Kaven Deloach and Dan Sharff.
Honorary Pallbearers: Jimmy Tucker, Rick Sims, Devin Sims, Kenny Deloach, Lewis Liston and Bill Welty.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday morning 10:00 a.m. until service time.
