MRS EMMETT HART OF FALMOUTH PASSES ON; WONDERFUL CHRISTIAN LADY

Mrs Agnes Hart, age 87, of 202 Chapel St, Falmouth, widow of the late Emmett Hart, & one of our city's finest Christian ladies, passed away Wednesday, Sept 15, 1976, at 2:45 pm at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana, where she had been a patient since Sunday.
Mrs Hart was a member of Falmouth Christian Church where she attended services regularly as long as she lived in this city. She was born in Pendleton Co, Ky, July 30, 1893, the daughter of the late Charles & Emma Houston Rush. She was married to Emmett Hart in Sept, 1911,& he preceded her in death in 1940.
Mrs Hart is survived by two sisters, Mrs Helen Pugh of Falmouth & Mrs Ruby Moore of Alexandria. In Mrs Hart's passing, this community has lost one of it's finest Christian ladies. Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept 18, 1976, at 2 pm at the Peoples Funeral Home, conducted by the pastor, Rev Ed Roberts. Miss Millie Morford played beautiful selections on the organ. Pallbearers were Floyd & Ray Lancaster, Earl & Clifford Hart, Paul Cushman, John Braun, & Gary Belcher. Burial took place in Mt Auburn Cemetery under the direction of the Peoples Funeral Home.
