WATKINS, Ricky C., of Richmond, departed this life November 17, 2012. He is survived by one sister, Joyce Allen Watkins; two brothers, Lindon Tyrone Watkins (Paulette) and Marty L. Watkins (Lillian); aunt, Katie Mozelle Preston; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at the Carlton T. Brooks Funeral Home, 2200 Hull St., and where funeral services will be held Wednesday, 2 p.m. Rev. Keith E. Edmonds Sr. officiating. Interment Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia. Family and friends attending services assemble at the funeral home Wednesday 1:30 p.m.
