Daniel was born in Portland, OR and passed away in Eagle Creek, OR. He was 66. Raised primarily in Milwaukie, OR, he attended Ardenwald Elementary—in 1965 he graduated from Milwaukie High School. He moved to Oregon City in 1977. A veteran of the Vietnam War, he served in the United States Marine Corps from 1966 to 1968. He married Nancy Nieminen on January 3rd, 2002 at a ceremony in Clackamas, OR. Beginning in 1975 he owned a shoe repair shop in St. Johns, and was active with the Army Corps of Engineers and the National Guard. He retired from Town and Country Fence Co. after being employed there from 1990 until 2004. In his spare time he did shoe repair, woodworking, beach walking, and vehicle restoration.
He is survived by his wife Nancy Robbins of Clackamas, OR, his daughter Heidi Robbins of Portland, OR and his son Chris Robbins of Oregon City, OR.
