Elizabeth Mason Cox Vestal, of Collinsville, died at her home on Saturday, May 5, 1995. She was born on February 20, 1916 in the Ridgeway area of Henry County, the second child of Jesse Edward and Talitha Banner Harris Cox. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Helen Lucille Cox. She is survived by her husband, Warner Boldyn Vestal of Fork Mountain Rest Home, Franklin Co.; her daughter, Elizabeth Anne Vestal Miller, Rocky Mount; her granddaughter, Linda Anne Miller, Vienna; her grandson, Timothy Mark Miller; great-grandson, Wesley Warner Miller both of Waldorf, Md.; her brother, Harry F. Cox, Rocky Mount; her sisters, Mildred Cox Bowling, Rocky Mount and Lorraine Cox Draper, Dublin, Ga.; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs .Vestal was a member of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, Cameron Parish Chapter. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Flora Funeral Chapel with Rev. William K. Dawson officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park, Martinsville. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m and 7 to 9 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service, 342 S. Main St., Rocky Mount.
