Patsy Ann Riley was called into a higher service by her heavenly father on November 18, 2012. Patsy was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas on June 21, 1939. She was the daughter of loving parents, Elmer B. and Ola Rea Stafford. Patsy married Kenneth P. Riley on July 3, 1954 and enjoyed a life long romance. Patsy and Kenneth later became
co-laborers in the ministry of the gospel until his retirement as pastor of Jesus Name Fellowship Tabernacle of Hot Springs.

Patsy is predeceased by her parents, a brother Junior Stafford, and one sister Willa Kay Avaritt. Patsy is survived by her husband Kenneth P. Riley; two sons Billy (Cindy) Riley and David (Connie) Riley; one daughter Donna (Vernon) Rigsby; two sisters Ola (Raymond) Mace and Joyce Stafford; one brother Johnny (Anita) Stafford; eight grand children Jeremy Riley, Jennifer Riley, Paul (Stephanie) Riley, Ben (Angie) Riley, Sarah Riley, Courtney Bratton, Crystal Bratton and Chloe (Ethan) Dougan; four great-grandchildren Connor Riley, Tyler Riley, Emma Riley and Lauren Riley.

Patsy was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend She was both a homemaker and pastor's wife during her 58 years of marriage and blessed her family in so many different ways. All who knew her have their own special memories of Patsy's labors of love.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of Patsy's life will be officiated by the Revs. Allan Humphreys and Vernon Rigsby at Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2012. Burial will immediately follow at Crestview Memorial Park.

Pallbearers include Paul Riley, Benjamin Riley, Jeremy Riley, Ethan Dougan, Glenn Humphreys and Matthew Smith.

Honorary pallbearers include Dr. Timothy Bowen, Dr. Edward Warren and Dr. Daniel Owens.
