Funeral services for Mrs. Clara Peck Caulfield, a Pasadena resident, for 45 years and active in many philanthropic and social organizations, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the chapel of Turner Stevens Mortuary, 95 N. Marengo Ave. Mrs. Caulfield died Saturday while visiting her son, John Peck Caulfield at his home in Seattle. Her home was at 12S8 S. El Molino Ave., Pasadena. She was affiliated with the Valley Hunt Club and for many years had been actively engaged in activities ot the Pasadena Humane Society and Pro- America Club. She also was a long time member of the board of Scripp's Home for the Aged in Alladena. Her husband, John J. Caulfield, a member of the board of directors of First Trust and Savings Bank of Pasadena, preceded her in death in October, 1952. Survivors include two sons, George C. Caulfield o( San Marino, and John Caulfield ot Seattle; a daughter, Louise Peck Caulfield of Glendale, and three grandchildrcn, Robert, Millie and Deborah Lynne Caulfield. The Rev. Dr. W. Ward Davis of San Marino Community Presbyterian Church, will officiate at the rites. Interment will be at Grand Rapids, Mich. Mrs. Caulfield's birthplace. She will be buried in the family plot there.
