(Marion) Seventy four year old Donna D. Montgomery died on November 15, 2012 in her Marion home. Donna was born in Marion to the late Claud and Mareitha (Biddle) Adams on October 7, 1938.
Donna Adams was a 1958 graduate of Marion High School. She married Ronald L. Montgomery on December 9, 1960. He survives. During her working years Donna managed Moda Day and Star Co. stores. She was a member of Nelson Street Wesleyan Church. Donna enjoyed reading, shopping, computers, and spending time with her family.
Donna D. Montgomery is survived by her husband Ronald; her sons: Ronald L. (Kathi) Montgomery, II, Van Buren; Todd A. Montgomery, Marion; grandchildren: Summer M. (Tom) Ferguson, Greentown; Ronald L. Montgomery, III, Portland, Oregon; Bradly S. (Abby) Montgomery, Marion; and two great-grandchildren: Eli and Elizabeth Ferguson.
Donna D. Montgomery was preceded in death by her brother Albert Adams.
Visitation for Donna D. Montgomery will take place from 5 to 7 pm on Monday, November 19, 2012 in Owen-Weilert-Duncan Funeral Home, Marion Chapel 2722 South Washington Street, Marion.
The Funeral Service for Donna D. Montgomery will occur at 10:30 am on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 in Nelson Street Wesleyan Church, 1502 West Nelson Street, Marion with Rev. Stephen Fletcher officiating. Burial will take place at Grant Memorial Park Cemetery in Marion.
