Mrs. Addie Mae Pullem, 62, widow of Capt. William H. Pullem, passed away at noon today at the Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati after suffering for several months from arthritis and Bright's disease. She had taken treatment at the hospital where she died for the past five weeks, prior to which time she had been at the Dillsboro sanitorium for three weeks.

Mrs. Pullem was born at Covington, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Noah C. and Malta Taylor. For many years she was a resident of this city, leaving here about six years ago to live with her daughter, Mrs. J. L. Vassar, at Piqua, Ohio, and was making her home there at the time of her last illness.

She leaves ten children, Harry H. Pullem at Point Pleasant, West Virginia, Noah C. Pull or Irvine, Kentucky; William H. Pullem, Clarence, George, and Arthur Pullem at Cincinnati; Mrs. J. L. Vassar at Piqua, Ohio, and Mrs. James Sheets, Mrs. Nathan Mayfield, and Mrs. Gale Faught of this city. Surviving also are three sisters, Mrs. Frances Brown, Mrs. Ollie Reed and Mrs. Calvin Brown of Frankfort, Indiana, and a brother, Mr. Samuel Taylor, of this city.

She was a member of the Methodist Church and was a kind and loving mother.

The remains were to be brought here this afternoon and will be taken to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sheets, 214 Baltimore Street. Burial will be at Springdale cemetery. Time of the services will be announced later.

Last rites for Mrs. Addie Mae Pullem, who died Saturday at Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, were held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James Sheets, Baltimore Street, in charge of Rev. C. R. Stout. Burial was in Springdale cemetery.

Pall-bearers were: Harry, William, Clarence, Noah, George, and Arthur Pullem. The many floral offerings were beautifully arranged during the services and the high esteem in which she was held was marked by the large number of her friends and acquaintances present for the services.

Out of town guests at the services were: Mr. and Mrs. Harry H. Pullem, Mr. and Mrs. Euclid Pullem, Point Pleasant, W. Va.; Mr. and Mrs. Noah Pullem and children and Mrs. D. Pullem o Irvine, Ky.; Mr. and Mrs. William Pullem and children, Mr. and Mrs Clarence Pullem, Mr. and Mrs. George Pullem, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Pullem of Cincinnati; Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Vassar, Piqua, Ohio; Mrs. Francis Brown, Miss Ruth Brown, Mr. Don Alexander of Frankfort, Ind., Mrs. Ollie Reed, of Kokomo, Ind.; Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Brown of Lafayette, Ind.; and Mr. and Mrs. Harry B. Canfield of Indianapolis.
