Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 2:00P.M. from Hopewell Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Hopewell-Rosehill Cemetery. Jerry Elmore, David Tunnel, Clarence Wheelus, and George Fields will officiate.

Mr. Fields is preceded in death by his parents: Lester & Selleber Fields, sister: Bonnie Sue Fields, and step-brother: Earl Pinion.

Survivors include his wife: Betty Hocutt Fields of Bankston, sons: Thomas (Cindy) Fields of Fayette, Timothy (Delisa) Fields of Bankston, daughters: Anita (Chris) Moring of Bankston, Angela (Jeff) Rice of Northport, brothers: George (Hazel) Fields of Northport, Donald (Helen) Fields, Billy (Serdia) Fields, Kenneth Fields, special friend: Bonnie Fields, all of Fayette, sister: Joan (Ronald) Watts of Bankston, step-sisters: Sybil (Thurman) Thacker of Berry, Annie Sue (R.D.) Swindle of Fayette, step-mother: Lola Fields of Fayette, mother-in-law: Eunice Vick of Winfield, five grandchildren: Justin, Josh, & Kayla Fields, Jason and Kendall Rice.
