Mrs. Elsie Olive Boone, 71, died Thursday night at the residence, 1814 Bradley Street. She is survived by husband Arthur T Boone; two sons, Burton H., of Lansing and Floyd A. of Detroit; two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Steadman and Mrs. Alice Bradford, both of this city; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchildren. Mrs. Boone had been a resident of Lansing the past 14 years, coming here from Saginaw County and was a member of Central M. E. church. She and Mr. Boone had celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary March 14. The body was taken to the Estes-Leadley Funeral home, where services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Monday, the Rev. M. L. Fox officiating. Interment will be in Deepdale Cemetery.
