Crit Hall, Jr., 54, passed away peacefully at his home in Morgantown, West Virginia, Friday, November 19, 2010. He was born October 18, 1956 in Mansfield. Crit lived most of his life in Sheffield Lake and Lorain.
He was a graduate of Brookside High School. He enjoyed being a contractor and worked in construction all his life. He enjoyed watching Sunday football and loved watching his grandchildren.
Crit is survived by his wife, Verna Dean Hall (nee Taylor); son Nicholas Hall; stepchildren, Kim Toothman, Mike Johnson and Jeff Johnson; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Donna Hall, Rebecca Marquez, Pat (Jim) Gornek and Bobbi Hall; aunts, Fredi Hall and Laura Hergatt; uncle, George Kinsley and many nieces and nephews.
he was preceded in death by his parents, Crit Hall and Patricia Hall Waugh (nee Kinsley); grandson Marcus Anthony "Tony" Toothman and maternal and paternal grandparents.
A memorials service will be held Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 9 A.M. at Christ Lutheran Church, 4501 Clinton Ave., Lorain. Inurnment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, Amherst. Pastor Laurie Miller will officiate.
