Tammy Sue Coburn, five years old, of 1424 West 20th St., Lorain, died this morning in St. Joseph Hospital following a long illness.
Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Coburn Jr., a sister, Holly Kim at home, the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Elijah Canter, Lorain and Mr. and Mrs. William Coburn Sr. Greenup, Ky, the great-grandmother, Mrs. Sally Patton of Indiana.
Friends will be received tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home, Lorain where services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Crownhill cemetery, Amherst.
