Elna graduated from high school in Fortuna, Missouri, in 1933. Elna and Isaac married on July 31, 1942, in Bayshore, Long Island, New York. She lived in the Syracuse and Otterville area most of her life. She was a member of the Syracuse Baptist Church. She had been a 4-H leader for many years. She was involved in the Walnut Grove Extension Club and was a member of the Otterville Senior Citizens.
Survivors include two sons, two daughters, one brother, two sisters, 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband and one son and one sister.
