Albion Waterman Stinson, son of Waterman & Matilda Robinson Stinson of Maine, was born in cir 1844.

He enlisted into Company D 6th Minnesota Infantry on 5th Aug 1862, serving three year; mustered out on 19 Aug 1865 at Fort Snelling.

Albion was living in Medina [Long Lake} 1870 census with his wife, Lucinda Twombly & their daughter. Some children born to them were Albion 8-04-1874; Ben cir 1880 and Walter cir 1882. He is buried next to his wife Lucinda.

There are files in Museum archives on the Stinson family.
