Stone laying partially covered with earth is the grave of Lethia Faulkner McCubbin. This stone is beside the unmarked grave of her husband Nicholas McCubbin.
The fenced-in area contains the family of John P. L. McCubbin, son of Nicholas and his first wife Matilda. This cemetery could be the resting place of James P McCubbin.
ALSO -
Cly Bird Shields stated: "I am the daughter of Nicholas David McCubbin and Letha Frances Milby McCubbin and the granddaughter of Nicholas McCubbin and Leatha Faulkner McCubbin, second wife of Nicholas." Cly Bird lives on the farm that her father was born in 1859 and died in 1940.
His father (Nicholas) died in 1869 and is buried in the Eve [Vance] Cemetery, just about a mile from Cly Bird's house, Eve, Green County, Kentucky.
