Karin Inez Lane, 32, of Bremerton died May 13, 2000, in Bremerton, the result of a homicide.
She was born March 1, 1968, in Bremerton to Gary and Evelyn (Hards) Lane. She grew up in Seabeck and Silverdale, graduating from Central Kitsap High School in 1986. She had worked at Walton House in Seabeck as a gardener and housekeeper for the past two years. Previously, she had been a gardener at The Manor Farm Inn in Poulsbo and a front desk clerk with Alacazam Printing in Silverdale.
Survivors include her parents of Silverdale; and one brother, Ken of Seabeck.
A memorial service is planned for 3 p.m. Monday at Crosby Chapel in Seabeck, with a reception following. Cremation is by Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home.
