Mr. Taylor was born in Marion, OH on August 7, 1975 to Chuck Taylor of Carey and Sue (Ratliff) Tomecko of Galion.
Chad was employed by WMFD as a sports reporter and formerly worked for ConAgra in Marion. He loved hunting, fishing and watching sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys.
He is survived by his son Ryan Taylor, two daughters Courtney and Aliyah Taylor all of Galion, two sisters Carol Gamble of Galion and Ashley Taylor of Findlay, maternal grandmother Iva Ratliff of Marion, paternal grandmother Mona Taylor of Carey, niece Sierra Gamble, a nephew James Gamble, great nieces Skylah and Kaelin, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Hardwick Ratliff and his paternal grandfather Charles Taylor, Sr.
Friends may call Monday from 4-8PM at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home, Galion. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home, Galion, with Rev. Terry Ratliff and Marty McCarty officiating. Burial will follow in Grand Prairie Cemetery, Brush Ridge, OH
