In Matters of the Estate of Edmund Jackson, Deceased
The Clerk having in vacation, to wit, on the 12th day of February A.D. 1855, granted letters of administration to Sarah Jane Jackson, on the Estate of Edmund Jackson, deceased, and taken bond in the sum of Two hundred dollars with Ellis Thomas as security conditioned as the law directs. It is ordered by the court that the same be approved and recorded.

And now comes the administrator of said Estate and files an appraisement bill of the personal property of deceased, which is approved and ordered to be recorded. It is further ordered that the whole of said personal property be set off the widow as part of her statutory allowance after paying the expense of administering.
