Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Aiken Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Glenn Davis officiating.
Mrs. Marshall, a native of Lock Lucy, Fla., had retired as owner and operator of Variety Restaurant. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Charles C. Daniels Jr., North Augusta, and Frank M. Daniels, Williston; two daughters, Barbara M. Bridges, Edgefield, and Virginia Faye Meggins, Aiken; three sisters, Margaret Kitchings, Delader Hair and Judy Marks, all of Aiken; and seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
