The 3rd husband of Alma Herring Theede. Said to be a prosperous contractor, who married Alma in 1926. On Dec. 20, 1927, Alma and Charles E. Miller were charged with his murder. Miller was convicted of 2nd degree murder and got 15 years. Alma was convicted as an accessory and was sentenced to 10 years. Ultimately she was linked to the deaths of three of her six husbands.
