Cherrone Monique Spurlock passed away on October 28, 2004 in Boardman, Ohio, due to a car accident. Cherrone, affectionately called 'Beautiful,' was born on April 10, 1985 in Albuquerque, NM. She attended Highland High School before moving to Ohio. Cherrone was a 2003 graduate of Boardman High School and was a sophomore at Kent State University in Ohio, majoring in Accounting. While at Kent State, she was a member of the Student Union and volunteered as an after-school tutor in Kent, OH. She had been employed with Reese Teleservices during the summer. She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church in Youngstown, OH and a past member of Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Albuquerque, NM. Cherrone is survived by her loving mother, Monica Hoskins, of Boardman, OH; father and stepmother, Bryan and Tina Spurlock of Albuquerque, NM; brothers and sisters, Bryan Spurlock of Boardman, OH, Christina, Nicholas, Tianna and Breanna Spurlock, all of Albuquerque, NM; grandparents, Rose and John Sena, William and Dolores Hoskins and Robert and Beverly Spurlock, all of Albuquerque, NM; great-grandmother, Wilma Bergmann of Wiesbaden, Germany; aunts and uncles, Michelle and James Thomas of Austintown, OH, Charmaine and Vernon Kuntz, Eric and Trevia Spurlock, Christine and Ben Roybal, Isaac Hoskins and Teresa and Jim Anderson, all of Albuquerque, NM; Gwendolyn Hoskins of Anchorage, AK and Patrick and Amy Sena of Atlanta, GA; along with many great-aunts and -uncles; as well as many cousins.
