Frieda W. Bade, 75, of Highland died Tuesday in St. Joseph's Hospital, Highland. She had been ill about a month.
Miss Bade was born Feb. 27, 1897, in Marine, a daughter of the late Henry and Louise Deibert Bade.
She lived in Marine as a young girl, moved to Alhambra and lived there for several years, and later returned to the Marine area. She moved to Highland six years ago.
Miss Bade is survived by a brother, Oliver Bade of Grantfork, and a sister, Lucille Bade of Highland. Three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Visitation will be at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home, Highland, from 7 p.m. today until 11 a.m. Thursday, then at the Evangelical United Church of Christ, Highland, from noon until 1 p.m. Thursday.
Funeral services will be in the church at 1 p.m. Thursday, with Rev. Victor Schoen officiating. Burial will be in Marine City Cemetery.
