Mrs. Velva 0. Mulligan, 51. of
827 Lanvale St.. died Wednesday evening at the Western Maryland Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Millard T Mulligan; son Robert T Mulligan, Baltimore, and daughter, Ann Susan Mulligan, at home. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, the Rev. Joseph L.Ray and Elder W.C. Moffett officiating, with burial in Rest Haven Cemetery. The body may be viewed at the church one hour before the service.
The family will receive friends at the Rest Haven Chapel from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday
