He is survived by his wife, Toby Ann Bilbro; two sons, Kevin Bilbro and Brian Bilbro and his wife, Shannon; a daughter, Angela Twohey and her husband, Jim; two brothers, Michael and Keith Bilbro; a sister, Denise Beemer; and 10 grandchildren.
