Orville Freeman

Services for Orville Edward Freeman, 75, Springfield, will be at 2 P.M. Thursday in the Liberty Baptist Church with the Rev. Lens Walker officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Ayre-Goodwin Funeral Home.
Mr. Freeman died at 4:30 P.M. Monday in his home after a long illness.

A native of Douglas County, Mr. Freeman had lived in Springfield most of his life. He was a retired construction worker and belong to Laborers Union No. 676. He attended Trinity Missionary Church.

Survivors include his wife, Willie; two sons, James, Urbana, and Bob, Springfield; three daughters, Mrs. Betty Brooks and Mrs. Barbara Caldwell, both of Springfield, and Mrs. Ruth Worley, Long Lane; two brothers, John, Springfield, and Marvin, Humansville; three sisters, Mrs. Maggie Fravel, Mrs. Bertha Yoder and Mrs. Mary Ramsey, all of Springfield; 19 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 P.M. today.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association.
