Funeral service for the late Christine (McNeil) Crouch will be held 2:00 P.M on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Aimwell Baptist Church in Pamplico, SC. Interment will follow in the Aimwell Baptist Church Cemetery in Pamplico, SC directed by Nesmith~Pinckney Funeral Home, Inc.
Christine (McNeil) Crouch was born January 31, 1924 in Florence County, SC to the late Reverend William Counce and Clara McNeil. She transitioned peacefully into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at Heritage Healthcare at the Pines in Dillon, SC. At an early age she was introduced and accepted Christ, then joined Aimwell Baptist Church, Pamplico, SC, where she remained a member until her transition. Throughout her adult life she worked in farming and enjoyed gardening. She planted large flower beds and toiled daily in her vegetable gardens. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends who visited daily to be inspired by her and laugh. In 1939 she was united in marriage to the late Lonnie Crouch, Sr. From this union seven children were born. Two children, Georgiana (Betty Lou) and Daniel Ray Crouch preceded her in death. All of her brothers and sisters preceded her in death. Christine will forever be in the hearts of her family and all who knew her. She leaves to cherish her memories three sons: Lonnie Jr. and James Crouch of Pamplico, SC, Jimmy Lee Crouch of the home; two daughters: JoAnn Crouch of the home and Johnnie Eaddy of Myrtle Beach, SC; two daughters in law-Lucille Crouch and Judy Crouch, both of Johnsonville, SC; thirteen grandchildren, thirty six great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
