MRS. IVA C. WILLOUGHBY, 75, of Horseshoe Island Road, Clay RD 2 died at Crouse-Irving Memorial Hospital.
Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay.
A native of Syracuse, Mrs. Willoughby lived in Solvay several years before moving to Clay in 1959.
Surviving are her husband Frank A. Willoughby; two sons, Frank E. of Solvay and Ralph H. Willoughby of Rochester; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Emerson J. Casler.
