Born in Mayboro, County Cork, Ireland, on July 6, 1913. She had moved to the US at the age of 16 and worked in the Lamp Division at Westinghouse in Bloomfield, NJ. She resided in Parsippany, NJ.
Bridie was predeceased by her siblings James, John and Molly.
She is survived by her son Bill and his wife, Rosemary Harrington of Rockaway Twp, NJ and her grandchildren Kathleen & Scott Lee of Windsor, MA, Billy Harrington of Rockaway Twp, Colleen Harrington of Sparta, NJ, Sean Harrington of Orlando, FL, Timothy Harrington of Rockaway, NJ and Maureen & Michael Drummey of West Halifax, VT. Her great-grandchildren Bryan & Casey Byrne, Kaitlyn & Kristen Lee, Justin & Cameron Harrington, and Lane, Thomas & William Drummey also survive her.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Norman Dean Home for Services, Inc., Denville, NJ. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 AM on Friday, November 9th, at Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville, NJ 07834 and then going to St. Anne's Church in Parsippany, NJ for an 11:00 AM Mass. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Bloomfield, NJ. Friends may visit on Thursday from 4-8PM.
