Randall played for the Lindsay Midgets from 1906 to 1909, Brantford Professionals from 1909 to 1910, Port Hope Professionals from 1909 to 1911, Montreal Wanderers from 1911 to 1912, Saskatoon Hoo Hoos from 1911 to 1912, Saskatoon Real Estates from 1911 to 1912, Toronto Blueshirts from 1912 to 1913, 1915 to 1917, Sydney Millionaires from 1912 to 1915, 1918 to 1919, Toronto Arenas from 1917 to 1919, Toronto St. Pats from 1919 to 1923, Hamilton Tigers from 1923 to 1925, 1927 to 1928, New York Americans from 1925 to 1927, Niagara Falls-Hamilton from 1926 to 1927, Niagara Falls Cataracts frm 1926 to 1928, Providence Reds from 1927 to 1928, New haven Eagles from 1928 to 1929, Kitchener Flying Dutchmen from 1929 to 1930, Oshawa Patricias from 1930 to 1931, and the Amherst Ramblers from 1931 to 1932, as player and head coach. Randall was a member of the OPHL Second All-Star Team in 1910, and a member of the EOPHL First Star Team in 1911. Randall passed away in Toronto, Ontario, on June 17, 1947, at the age of 58, following a heart attack.
