Diring his active life, Mr. Kidwell was a substantial and progressive farmer of his community.
Surviving are his widow and several children, among whom are Mrs. Louis Roberts of Rt. 4, Mrs. William Bunner of Straight Creek, and Mrs. Lorna Kidwell, a local high school student; three brothrs also survive, Geo. S. Kidwell of Two Ripple, J.H. Kidwell of Charleston and John W. Kidwell of Deever's Fork.
Funeral services were held from the family residence Wednesday afternoon with the Rev. A.F. Monroe officiating. Mr. Kidwell was a member of the M.E. Church, South.
Interment was made in the family cemetery on Deever's Fork with W,M. Pomroy, undertaker, in charge.
