Funeral services were held Wednesday,
October 9, 1968 at 2:00 p.m. at the Padden
Chapel in Frankfort, Kansas for Harold
Rundle with Reverend Paul Plummer
officiating.
Harold Francis Rundle, eldest son of Frank
and Daisy Rundle, was born at Frankfort,
Kansas March 16, 1900, and departed this
life at Westmoreland, Kansas, October 6,
1968, at the age of 68 years, 6 months and
10 days.
He was united in marriage to Mina Wilson,
September 2, 1923. To this union was born
two sons, Robert E. Rundle Kansas City,
Kansas and Lloyd Francis Rundle who died
in infancy.
Harold was a city and county employee for a
number of years. He had been in ill health
for a number of years.
He is survived by his wife, Mina of the home;
one son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs.
Robert E. Rundle, Kansas City, Kansas, one
brother, Jack Rundle, Long Beach, California;
four grandsons, other relatives and a host of
friends.
Mrs. Everett Shearer accompanied by Mrs.
Glen Forgy provided the music for the service.
Pallbearers were R.C. Barrett, Charles Bare,
Frank Pendergast, Everett Warnica, Bert
Wessel and M.F. Kelley.
Burial was in the Frankfort Cemetery,
Frankfort, Kansas.
