We are grieved to hear of the death of Mr. Isaac N. Halbert, recently an extensive merchant of this city. Mr. H. was what might be emphatically called a good man. His honesty and integrity was proverbial, and he was loved and esteemed by all who knew him. We are glad to hear that he had an insurance on his life for $5,000, for the benefit of his family.
