Mr. C. Wilson Norris, 87, of Berryville, Va., and formerly of Frederick, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010. He was the husband of Arlene E. Norris, his wife of 65 years.
Born Oct. 26, 1922, in Still Pond, he was the son of the late Carl and Esther Norris.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by a son, Ronald C. Norris and wife, Linda, of Seattle, Wash.; two daughters, Nancy L. Donatelli and husband, Michael, of Lucketts, Va., and Darlene E. Wolfe and husband, Leonard, of Winchester, Va.; two grandchildren, Kevin N. Donatelli of Lucketts and Melissa E. Wolfe of Winchester; and many other family members, loving friends and extraordinary caregivers.
Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Sept. 20, and noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21, at Chapel Mausoleum of Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 U.S. 15 N., Frederick. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel. The Rev. Kenneth Stalls, South End Baptist Church, will officiate.
