Geraldine M. Csoka, 55, 21 N. Mary St., died Tuesday at Lancaster General Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was the wife of Edward Csoka, with whom she celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary June 2, 1990. Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Irvin and Esther Sweigart Adams. A homemaker, she lived all her life in Lancaster. In addition to her husband, survivors include a daughter, Kathleen of Lancaster; three sons, Edward Jr., Steven and James, all of Lancaster; one grandsons; one brother, Barry L. Adams of Lancaster; and two sisters, Janet G. Charles and Delores M., wife of Benjamin Hanna, both of Lancaster. (Intelligencer Journal - Feb 7, 1991)
