Tony Montgomery Jr.
Panama City
Tony Montgomery Jr., 22, of Panama City, formerly of Bradenton, died Sept. 6, 2001, in Tallahassee.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at Riggins and Daughter Funeral Home, 105 21st Ave. W. Service will be noon Saturday at Manatee Baptist Church, 1530 Sixth Ave. E., with the Rev. Glen Evans officiating. Burial will be in Skyway Memorial Gardens in Palmetto.
Born in Bradenton, Mr. Montgomery was a former resident of Manatee County. He served in the U.S. Air Force as an air traffic controller.
Survivors include his wife, Kashema; a daughter, Katonia Shonte' Ja of Bradenton; his parents, Annie Edwards of Bradenton, and Tony Sr., of Palmetto; two sisters, Kenyetta Wilson of Bradenton, and Satonia, of West Palm Beach; two brothers, Ahmad Hird and Dominique Hird, both of Bradenton; and his grandparents, Woodrow and Maggie Edwards of Bradenton, and Walter and Beatrice Graham of Palmetto.
