Mrs Rose Young
Frostburg - Mrs Rose Young, 84, daughter of the late Conrad and Katherine (Krapf) Lapp and a native of Frostburg, died Tuesday in Cleveland, Ohio, after having been in failing health for several years. She was the widow of Robert W Young of Cumberland and Frostburg and is survived by a brother, William S Lapp, Los Angeles, California; a sister, Mrs Mary Peel of Baltimore, and three daughters: Dr Anna Beard, Cleveland, Ohio; Mrs Louise McNeely, Youngstown, Ohio and Mrs Helen Meighan, Savannah, Georgia and five grandchildren. The body will be brought here for interment in the Frostburg Memorial Park.
