Mr. Caldwell was born on September 29, 1933 and passed away on November 9, 2012. He served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and also a member of the El Karubah Shrine Temple. Mr. Caldwell worked for the West Monroe City Marshall's Office for several years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Monroe for over 30 years before moving to Farmerville in 2006 where he became a member of the First Baptist Church of Farmerville.
He was a 1963 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and was an avid Volunteer fan. He was a loving husband and father and a devoted grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Dee Caldwell: brothers, J.T. Caldwell: Harry Caldwell: and his twin brother, Bobby Caldwell: and sister, Jean West.
He is survived by his daughter, Teri McDuffie and husband Sam of Benton, Arkansas; two granddaughters, Katie McDuffie and Maggie McDuffie of Benton, Arkansas; brother, David Caldwell of Knoxville, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Kalan Albritton, Ken Cooper, Sydney Cameron, Sparky McDuffie, Ray Gambino, and Sam McDuffie.
