NEW CAMBRIA ITEMS.
John C. Shoemaker died at his home three miles south of our city, Wednesday morning of dropsy, aged 77 years. The remains were laid to rest Thursday at the Dodson cemetery. He is one of the oldest residents of Puzzle Ridge, residing there nearly 60 years. He leaves a wife, 6 sons and 2 daughters.
