Married: Hiram King Lane (c1812-p1880) on 18 Apr 1837. Family lived at Grayson County, Virginia in 1850 and then moved to Tennessee where the parents lived at Washington County, Tennessee in 1880. Betsy later moved to Forsyth County, North Carolina where she died.

Betsy was the daughter of Frederich (Frederick) Hine/Hines (1788-1852) and Mary Magdalena (went by Molly) Spraker/Sprecker (1788-1852) who married 11 Feb 1808 at Wythe County, Virginia.
Married: Hiram King Lane (c1812-p1880) on 18 Apr 1837. Family lived at Grayson County, Virginia in 1850 and then moved to Tennessee where the parents lived at Washington County, Tennessee in 1880. Betsy later moved to Forsyth County, North Carolina where she died.
