Little Goldie, the seven year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. B. Smith, was claimed a victim, by diphtheria, Saturday morning, about one o'clock, and the remains were buried in the Brush Creek cemetery Saturday afternoon, Rev. Paden conducting the funeral. Goldie was bright girl, a favorite among her playmates,

The remains of Misses Goldie and Grace Smith and their sister Mrs. Letta Beven and her six months old infant son, and an infant child of Mr. and Mrs. Harve Reece will be removed from the Brush Creek cemetery and interred on Mrs. T. B. Smith's lot in the Effingham Evergreen cemetery, beside the remains of Mr. Smith, father of the first three named.
