Reba Smith Hall, 80, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 in Jacksonville, FL. Reba was born in Sampson, AL on November 7, 1928 and resided in Jacksonville, FL most of her life. She retired from Blue Cross/Blue Shield. She was truly a very devoted Christian and was very active at Blanding Blvd., Baptist Church. She was so dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all. She is preceded in death by her husband, Milton Hall; her 5 brothers and 7 sisters. She is survived by her nieces, Sharon Odum (Rick) of Jacksonville and Marilyn Huff (Carl) of Tallahassee; her nephews, Jeff Hester (Doris) of Ocala and Judson Hester (Mary Louise) of Tallahassee and many other nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many treasured friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Thursday, February 26, 2009 at Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, FL. Funeral services in celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, February 27, 2009 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in the Garden of Everlasting Life at Jacksonville Memory Gardens.
