Janice M. Porter Quinn, a retired registered nurse and former director of Nursing Service at Charity Hospital, died Sunday of congestive heart failure at her home. She was 80. Mrs. Quinn was born in Slidell and lived in Metairie for the past 60 years. Survivors include her husband, Joseph H. Quinn Jr. A funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd. West, Slidell. Visitation will begin Tuesday at noon. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
