He was born October 8, 1962 in Dayton, graduate of Jefferson Township High School, an employee of Buffalo Rock Co. Leslie served as a deacon in the Rushing Springs Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his parents George and Ella Mae Ford. Leslie is survived by wife Beverly; daughters Airman Larissa C. of Albuquerque NM, Lexis C., Tanya of Birmingham, AL and Leticia of Columbus, GA; brothers, George Jr., Rev. Ronald of Dayton and Wendell L. Ford of Toledo, OH. Services will be held Friday, November 9, 12 Noon at the Rushing Springs Baptist Church, 618 Rushing Springs Rd, Birmingham AL. Visitation 1pm- 8pm, with family hour 6-8pm, Thursday, November 8 at the Grey's Memorial Funeral Home, 2512 29th Ave. N. Interment Alabama National Cemetery, Montevallo, AL.
