Dora was married to Fremont Klein. He was the son of Philip Klein and Anna Ammond.
Dora was a homemaker, and Fremont owned a gas station. He died in 1929 at the age of 37 and was buried at Highland City Cemetery.
After Fremont's death, Dora and their only child lived in Edwardsville, Illinois. The following summer, Dora and another woman, Leona Dunstadtler, died in a tragic accident when both drowned in the Mississippi River near Eagles Nest Island.
At the time of her death, Dora was 34 years and 18 days old. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. on 13 Aug 1930 at the Eden Evangelical Church in Edwardsville.
