The daughter of Henry Cadenbach and Francisca Schulte, "Rosie" was married to Charles C. "Charlie" Hendricks on 09 Apr 1902 in Cairo, Alexander County, Illinois. They lived in Kentucky when there first son was born, but soon moved to Mississippi County, Missouri.

Rosie and Charlie were the parents of 8 children. He was a farmer, and they eventually moved to southern Illinois.

Children from first marriage: 5 sons, 3 daughters.

After Charlie died in 1935, Rosie moved to St. Louis, Missouri in 1937 and worked as a maid.

She later married David Franklin Marshall sometime in the 1940s.

Rosie lived in Missouri for the final 35 years of her life, where she was a member of the Assembly of God Berea Temple. She also belonged to the Royal Neighbors of America.

David passed away in 1955.

Children from second marriage: 1 step-daughter, 1 step-son.

Rosie died at Wood River Township Hospital following an illness that lasted for 2 months.

She was survived by 3 daughters, Amelia McCulley of St. Louis, Lucille Hasenjaeger of Hartford, Illinois, and RosaBea Keating of Floral City, Florida; 1 step-daughter, Clara Rose of Madison, Illinois; 4 sons, John Hendricks of Hartford, Charles Hendricks of Burley, Idaho, Philip Hendricks of Hartford, Illinois, and Ira Hendricks of Sumner, Washington; 1 step-son, Curtis Marshall of Carlinville, Illinois; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Julia Peterson of Downey, California; and 1 step-sister, Julia Eudy of McClure, Illinois.

Visitation was held on 31 Jan 1972 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River, Illinois. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. the following afternoon at the Assembly of God Church in Hartford.
