Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jerry Turner and an uncle, Michael Ray.
He is survived by his mother, Jerri-Ann Turner; father, Cecil Lee Ray and second mother Michelle Ray; maternal grandmother, Jackie Turner of Farmington; paternal grandparents, Jack and Helen Ray of Albuquerque and John and Dorothy Warren of Cortez, Colo.; three sisters and one brother, Amber-Lynn Ashcroft of Portales, Krystal Ashcroft of Rexburg, Idaho, Jade Story of Farmington and Zackary Whitney of Farmington; an uncle and an aunt, John and Jana Turner of Little Rock, Ark., and Larry and Debbie Martinez of Rio Rancho; niece, Trinity Mauldin of Portales and cousin, Joseph Clark Turner.
Viewing will be held from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2004, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1310 E. 25th St., Farmington. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with Bishop Greg Stradling presiding. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Danny Jones, Bernard Bro, Steve Calkins, Brad Mauldin, Kevin Story and Larry Englehart. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Turner, Joe Turner, Jim Turner, John Turner, Stan Jones, William Neighbor, Ed Plumacher, Boy Scout Troop 341, R.J. Dalley and Wendall Behunin.
