Mrs. Wilkinson died Thursday, June 10, at Traylor Nursing Home.
Survivors include her husband, Dwight Wilkinson of Roanoke; two daughters, Doris Wilkinson of Ft. Valley and Bettye McBride of Fairfield Day, Ark.; three sisters, Vernice Hammond, Jean Smith, and Tina Mae Smith of Roanoke; one brother, Earl Smith of Roanoke; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A Randolph County native, Mrs. Wilkinson was born Oct. 10, 1909, daughter of James Monroe and Emma Whitley Smith. She was a member of Rock Mills Methodist Church and a retired teacher with Randolph County Board of Education.
