Funeral services for Alfred Harold Yeatman, 31, of 310 Washington Street, will be held at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the Yeatman Funeral Home, 819 Washington Street. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery.

Yeatman served in the Marine Corps for 25 months in World War II, was in the South Pacific for 22 months, and received the Purple Heart. He was discharged as a corporal.
Yeatman is survived by his wife, Mrs. Alice White Yeatman; two sons, Alfred H. Yeatman, Jr., 12, and Wayne Edward Yeatman, 10; his mother; eight borthers, Willard, John, Howard, Edward, James, Earl, Raymond and Walter, and six sisters, Miss Elsie Yeatman, Miss Mary Yeatman, Mrs. Harry Horne, Mrs. Eugene Head, Mrs. Frank Sisson, all of Wilmington, and Mrs. William Roeper, Atlanta Ga.
